About Us
Eye of the Needle Embroidery is a woman-owned, home-based business that was established in October 2000 and which is operated by myself, Joey Hopkins.
I have been interested in stitch and embroidery work ever since my Grandmother taught me how to sew. After embroidering several items for friends on my small embroidery machine, I decided that it was time to take it one step further and become my own boss. With encouragement and support from my wonderful family and friends, I took the plunge and purchased my first commercial embroidery machine and started to broaden what started as a hobby into what is now a successful business.
From company or sports logos on lab coats, shirts, jackets and caps, to T-shirts for family or high school/college reunions, embroidered items are becoming more and more popular. Everyone enjoys having his or her apparel personalized.
I love working with my embroidery machines and enjoy being creative with embroidery designs and specialty logos.
