Items that have not been altered, damaged, soiled or embroidered may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for a refund, excluding the shipping/handling fee.  All other items may be exchanged or returned ONLY if they have been altered or embroidered incorrectly by Eye of the Needle Embroidery.
